From Version 3.5 onward, Rovers can enter it at any time via the Region Guide on the map of Xuanfang. ===Requirement=== * Activate the Four Chime Shaftpost in The Wind Before the Storm. ===Summary=== * The Mingshen System can detect and log every Potential Case and General Commission occurring across the Land of Xuanfang. * Rovers can pinpoint these incidents through the Mingshen System and resolve them. Resolving an incident grants rewards, including Constable Tokens. Constable Tokens can be exchanged for various rewards at the Yard Exchange. * In certain Potential Cases, Rovers must use clues found during the investigation to deduce the truth of the incident.
