In Resonance Mode - Tune Strain: after a team Resonator inflicts Tune Strain - Shifting, their Tune Break Boost is increased by 20 for 15s and the target's Off-Tune Level is increased by 100% of max (once per 300s per target). Banish: Breakdown Form DMG Multiplier increased by 40%.
