Hiyuki's Signature is largely superior to other options thanks to its big stat boosts related to Glacio Chafe and Liberation DMG that only she can utilize to their fullest potential. Other weapons don't provide stat boosts anywhere near as effective, making this weapon a very worthwhile investment to increase Hiyuki's damage ceiling.

Blazing Brilliance

Changli's Signature matches Emerald of Genesis in performance, slightly surpassing it since CRIT DMG and Skill DMG are acceptable stats for Hiyuki and the 12% ATK does not require Hiyuki to cast her Skills in order to acquire it (it's permanent). Despite needing 1 more Energy Regen roll than the permanent option, the slightly better damaging stats this weapon offers makes it Hiyuki's 2nd best in slot, although quite far behind her Signature.

The Standard Banner Sword that's often the best F2P choice on almost all Sword damage dealers, Hiyuki being no exception. Provides her some Energy Regen and ATK% when casting Skills as well as CRIT Rate and good Base ATK, making it one of her best alternatives since few other Swords give her desirable stats.

Emerald Sentence

Qiuyuan's Signature can buff the Echo Skill DMG of the team making it very slightly more than a stat-stick on Hiyuki, but it really doesn't have much of an effect for her teams so overall it's practically the same as an ATK and CRIT Rate stat-stick for Hiyuki.
