Qiuyuan Build

Qiuyuan's Signature weapon is naturally his best choice, since it provides him with high ATK, CRIT Rate and Heavy Attack DMG stats, it perfectly suits his needs to maximize his damage. It additionally gives 20% Echo Skill DMG Bonus to all characters in the team which will be up permanently throughout a fight given a proper team rotation, slightly buffing the damage of Qiuyuan's best DPS characters to pair with. However, since Qiuyuan's personal damage is on the low end and the team buff on this weapon is rather low, it tends to be skippable since good permanently available options exist.

Best permanently available option by far, since Qiuyuan wants Energy Regen, CRIT Rate and ATK and those are the stats this weapon provides, in high quantities as well. The 12% ATK increase when casting Skill is not exploited well by Qiuyuan, however all other effects of this weapon are very welcome on him and make for one of his top choices easily, able to replace his Signature weapon at a minimal loss.

This Battle Pass exclusive has much lower Base ATK than all 5-star choices above which makes it much worse, however it does have a good CRIT DMG secondary stat and Qiuyuan can use the ATK% part of this weapon's passive well, which makes it the best 4-star choice.
